＜シェアハウスについて＞
①初期費用 / Initial cost
保証金 20,000円＋初月の日割家賃と共益費
Deposit 20,000 Yen + daily rent and utility fee
保証金は退去時に10,000円お返しします。
When you leave,I will back you 10,000Yen
②共益費 / Initial cost
共益費は、管理費、水光熱費、トイレットペーパー、食器用洗剤、インターネット代が含まれています。
The Utility Cost is the cost of water,electricity,gas, toilet paper,dish detergent and internet.
③最低滞在期間 / Minimum period of stay
最低契約期間は３カ月です。
The minimum period of stay is 3 month.
＜宿泊について＞
①最低滞在期間 / Minimum period of stay
最低滞在期間は2泊です。
The minimum period of stay is 2 nights.
②長期割引 / long term discount
週割、月割がございます。
We have discount price if you stay over 7 nights
③清掃費 / Cleaning fee
１滞在あたり清掃費が別途かかります。清掃費は施設の大きさによって異なります。
The cleaning fee is charged per stay.The fee varies depending on the size of the property.

最低滞在期間は1週間です。
